NESAA Trap/Neuter/Release

Cold Noses funds the trap/neuter/release efforts throughout Cape Cod for it’s feral cat population. The funds provided by Cold Noses will pay for these activities as well as to provide low cost vaccines and spay and neuters to low-income residence of Cape Cod.
