World Spay Day 2013

Cold Noses Foundation, Inc. sponsored World Spay Day in February 2013 in Utuado, Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico s plagued by stray animals roaming the streets, often succumbing to sickness, trauma and starvation. Many people cannot afford to spay and neuter their pets. Cold Noses Foundation and Pets Alive Puerto Rico changed that for 150 pet owners in February!
